Job Advice from a Wall Street Headhunter: Know Your Strengths.
I have to admit that in the first several years of my recruiting career I thought the strength interview question was lame. Boy have I changed my view. By probing a candidate on their strengths I learn so much about the candidate’s values, abilities, and skills. I recently spent three hours with a candidate probing her on her strengths.
